Biskut Jejari Oat


Bahan-bahannya

250 gram mentega
4 oz gula Caster
2 cawan oats dikisar
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
2 cawan tepung gandum

Gula aising secukupnya
Susu tepung secukupnya

Cara-caranya
1. Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga sebati.

2. Masukkan serbuk koko dan gaul sebati. Masukkan rolled oats, gaul lagi dan akhir sekali masukkan tepung dan gaul sehingga menjadi doh.

3. Bentukkan seperti jejari atau bentuk ikut suka. Bakar pada suhu 170 'C selama 10 - 15 minit.

4.Selepas ia sejuk golekkan biskut dengan gula aising dan tepung susu
