CUKUP RASA TUNA BREAD

Kali ni aku letakkan resepi yg pernah memenangi tempat pertama pertandingan memasak kebangsaan tahun lepas, atas permintaan seorang rakan. Resepi ni ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggeris sbb pihak penaja nak begitu..

Ingredients

2 loaf of hotdog bread ( cut into 2 )

2 tablespoons tuna in can

1 egg

½ carrot ( finely chopped )

2 cabbage leaves (sliced)

2 salad leaves

1 tablespoon butter

A pinch of salt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Ingredients for sauce

1 teaspoon mayonnaise }

1 tablespoon Chili Sauce } mix together

1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup }

Method:

1. Mash the tuna meat and mix well with egg.

2. Add a pinch of salt.

3. Mix sliced cabbage and chopped carrot with mayonnaise.

4. Spread bread with butter, put tuna meat and grill it on non stick pan.

5. When the bread ready, put in vegetable ( cabbage and carrot) and salad.

6. Spread sauce and cut in halves.
